Refunds

If a video job fails after credits were taken, those credits go back to the same account. You do not need to email for that. The ledger records it as a job refund, once.

Packs are prepaid credits. The amount you see is the amount charged, in US dollars, with no tax line added. If you bought a pack and have not spent those credits, open the account page within 14 days and use Request refund on that purchase. The refund covers only the unused credits, and the cash amount is proportional when part of the pack was spent. When Stripe is configured, the refund is issued there. Email hello@airapvideo.us if the button fails.

Credits already spent on a completed render are not refunded as cash. The signup bonus and credits returned after a failed render are not cashed out. We still return credits when the render itself failed, without this button.

A test checkout on a server without Stripe keys does not charge a card. Request refund on that purchase reverses the test credits in the ledger and does not call Stripe.
