Content policy and DMCA

Original verses, original characters, and photos of people who agreed to be in the clip. A class project, a birthday joke, or a pet described as a character all fit.

Copyrighted lyrics, beats, or videos you do not own. Celebrity faces, or any real face without permission. Sexual or exploitative content involving a minor. Impersonating a real artist, including a historical person presented as if they recorded the clip. Harassment aimed at someone who did not agree to be the subject.

The character model blocks real faces. That block is not a license to describe a living person precisely enough that the result is still them.

If you believe a clip on airapvideo uses your work without permission, email hello@airapvideo.us with the subject DMCA. Include the URL of the clip if it is public, a description of the work, your contact details, a statement that you believe the use is not authorized, and a statement that the notice is accurate. A physical or electronic signature can be your typed name.

We will remove or disable access to material that matches a complete notice. If you sent a notice by mistake, reply to the same thread and say so. This page is the contact path. It is not legal advice.
